General terms and conditions

- All rooms and premises are NON - SMOKING/VAPING, if there is any evidence of smoking in a room, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.

- Rooms are NOT pet-friendly. If there is evidence of pets being in a room, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.

- If rooms are left with excessive mess and/or rubbish, additional cleaning fees may apply.

- Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. If a noise complaint is received a $60 security fee will apply.

- Motel check-out is 10am. Late check-out is available for a fee of $20 until 12pm. After 12pm you will be charged another night accommodation (subject to availability).

- Strictly 1 car per room to be parked in the center car park.
