The Cottage Macclesfield has its own Terms & Conditions and House Rules, which differ from those of Pan Co Victor Harbor. The standard nightly rate is based on accommodation for up to 8 guests using 4 beds. If accommodation is required for 9–10 guests, a king sofa bed can be made available by prior arrangement at an additional cost of $100 per person, per night. By booking, guests agree to the house rules, including a maximum of 10 guests, no pets and no smoking. Check-in is available from 3:00pm to 11:00pm via self check-in using a key safe, with check-out by 10:00am. Cancellations receive a full refund if made at least 14 days prior to check-in, a partial refund if cancelled 7–14 days prior, and no refund within 7 days of check-in.
